This is a really interesting idea for getting children to be more active, as it may make them go outdoors when the weather isn't so nice and they would normally stay indoors, as a game painted in this special spray is only visible when it rains or gets wet. This paint could also be used to show hidden clues or tricks to a game that's painted in regular paint, giving more depth to a game when it's been raining.
This is a really subtle idea that can help brighten up pavements, but at the same time isn't obtrusive or brightly coloured.
